Position Overview:
Auben Realty is rooted in the real estate industry. We are seeking a self-starter, dedicated person to join our marketing team. The candidate will be a part of the Auben leadership team and will directly report to the President. The objective for the position is to create clearly defined marketing processes and procedures, using existing brand standards. The Marketing Director will be responsible for communicating the vision, culture, and philosophy of Auben in all marketing activity.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
3 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities
Qualifications:
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns as a Marketing Director
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Experience managing marketing budgets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook.
Knowledge and understanding of all the changing real estate market dynamics, specifically those affecting SFR activity
Essential Job Functions:
Ensure Auben’s vision/mission/motto and slogan are communicated in all marketing items
Establish marketing KPI’s and measure campaign effectiveness through analytics and reporting
Work with local Auben managers (Market Sales Manager and Senior Investor Account Manager) to translate global vision to the local market vision
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and social media
Create and communicate company calendar of events
Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Maintain a digitally organized library of all marketing assets, materials, and forms
Create and implement system of requesting and producing marketing materials
Keep inventory of all branded materials including signage, uniforms, swag, print collateral, and marketing materials
Coordinate creation of marketing content and materials for all departments
Accompany local team members to business meetings and networking events (BNI, Texas REIA, NARPM, IMN)
Monitor CRM software and e-mail distribution lists (Blanket, Lead Simple, and AppFolio)
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors (signage, printing companies, etc.)
Manage online Reviews (Google, Yelp):
Create and update marketing templates for realtors (OMs, postcards, etc.):
Monitoring of Auben website for correctness and updated accuracy
Work Environment: Position is primarily located in a well-lit office environment.
Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, telephone, calculators, etc.
Mental/Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is primarily sitting at a desk utilizing a computer.
